Snap! The pedant in me wants to say that the F.A. Amateur Cup and the F.A. Vase are two separate competitions. We’ve never competed in the latter.

Absolutely correct the Vase replaced the Amateur cup when the distinction between amateurs and professionals was abolished in 1974. As many will know the Vase was donated by Frank Adams.
