The U18s lost 3-1 at home AFC Wimbledon today, HT 1-1.
This is the 12 strong squad of U16s in Singapore.
Teams can bring up to 14 players [Edit - play seven with rolling subs]. Matches last 25 minutes on a reduced pitch with no interval. The top four in the group go onto the Cup knockout, the bottom four into the Plate knockout.
In this goals of the day reel from yesterday, you can see the Chairboys scoring against Melbourne at 1:17.
Todayโs Chairboys matches (BST).
08:30 - Hong Kong
10:00 - Fulham
11:30 - Kashima Antlers
13:00 - Persib Bandung
Just awaiting that Hong Kong result.
The U16s drew 1-1 with Hong Kong, a good result as they had won two and drawn one.
Two more games played, a 4-1 defeat to Fulham and a 2-0 win over Kashima Antlers.
Final game against Persian Bandung is underway and a win probably required to make the top four.
Itโs a 2-0 defeat to Persib Bandung, their first points.
Correction to the cup format, it seems to be one knockout Cup for all eight teams. The Chairboys have finished 6th so they will play the third placed team tomorrow at 9am BST, which will be either Spurs, Fulham, Hong Kong or Kashima Antlers. There are still three group matches to play.
The 2-0 defeat to Persib has been changed to a 1-0 defeat.
The group table is complete, which means that the U16s will play Kashima Antlers tomorrow at 9am BST in the quarter-final, a team they beat 2-0 today.
The U16s have just lost 2-0 to Kashima Antlers in the quarter-final. I think that is it, itโs been a good tournament for them, getting four results in high level company.
To round up the final day. PPIFC beat AfroAsia Academy in the non-Pro U16 final, and those two teams entered the Pro Cup in the eighth-final, against the bottom two sides in the Pro Group.
Tottenham beat Melbourne City 1-0 in the Final.
A summary of the previous day which has footage of us beating Kashima in the group game, at 2:25.
Two of our boys took part in a Mystery Player challenge.
The correct answer was Bradley Fink but they had never heard of him.
Please say Keller is Kasey Jnr. Seems like Defraine has been ousted from the no.1 slot? He also didnโt start in the B&B semi?
He could well be. There is an article on him, when he signed for us, in โThe Standard - The American School in Londonโs student news source since 1974โ. It doesnโt mention Kasey but how many American goalkeepers are there called Keller?
This is his profile on wwfc.com.
Sam Keller
Position: Goalkeeper
Previous clubs: CS Rangers, Lambeth Tigers, Crystal Palace Academy, London Elite and Hanworth Villa
A towering 6โฒ4โณ shotโstopper known for his confidence in oneโon-one situations. Sam dominates aerially, commanding his six-yard box with authority, often punching away crosses and organising his defence. His background at Crystal Palace provided the foundations for his excellent technique, while his time at Hanworth Villa helped him mature into a reliable, composed player between the sticks.
Kasey has two children, twins Chloe and Cameron, born in 1997. So can put this flight of fancy to bed

โTrialistโ has featured for a while now. I wonder if itโs been the same one each time.
Itโs Fink
Iโll be honest, that crossed my mind.
