Flicking through the channels, as it’s a bit hot, just came across the episode of Succession in which Logan Roy dies. An excellent hour of tv drama. ---

Can’t remember if any of these have been discussed already, but Apple TV is knocking it out the park recently. Widow’s Bay was all round wonderful, Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed has some of the best dialogue I’ve seen (heard?) in a show in a long time, and Cape Fear is incredible. ---

I don’t know if Cape Fear can sustain 10 episodes. I’ve seen 4 and blimey Charlie there’s some moments early doors. How they ramp it up from there will be something to see. But so far so brutal! ---

I’m assuming we’ve all watched The Bear by now. Season five was a great ending to an almost perfect show. ---

In more important news, Ronnie Le Drew has died today, aged 78. Most famous for being the puppeteer for Zippy from rainbow. Gutted. Loved Zippy as a kid. And I was also one of those that didn’t think ‘why didn’t Zippy just un-zip himself when he was being naughty’ until it dawned on me later in life. ---
