random comedy clip
It was a great show. Same as the detectorists and the Worzel Gummidge reboot also with Palin.
mrs micra and I thoroughly enjoyed it and our daughter is still enjoying it. At the end of the last episode it said ‘to be continued’. No idea when.
If anyone still has last week’s Radio Times, there is an excellent two page write up, including how the humuncilli (?) were created.
‘Other vermin’.
What a lovely watch Small prophets was. Really really lovely
“Can you keep a secret” on iplayer is good laugh
Just completed ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’. Bloody brilliant. The kid in it, wow, what an actor he is.
Takes a more laid back way of story telling from the usual Game of Thrones but it certainly turns full Game of Thrones in the penultimate episode.
Any GoT fans who haven’t watched it yet, watch it, you won’t be disappointed and shines some interesting light on some aspects of the original series.
I was put off by two tediously dull series of House of Dragons so did not bother. I may give it a go.
Me too. And I stopped watching the new one after ten mins. But tried again, and it was very much worth it. It’s a slow start, but gathers momentum pretty quickly.
Surely a world wide conflagration guarantees our elevation to the Championship just before all sport is suspended?
This month’s When Saturday Comes is a Wycombe Wanderers special, with 3 whole pages dedicated to the Chairboys. Ronan Munro of these pages has written a lovely piece about being a Wycombe exile living in Oxford and our non-rivalry with Oxford United. And Simon Berman, who might also be of these pages but I don’t know him, has written a nice companion piece about the turnover of Wycombe rivals, from Isthmian League days to the present.
Great stuff, chaps, and a bargain at £4.95 from all good newsagents. More info at wsc.co.uk
Nice. Subscribed to WSC for years. Haven’t got around to opening this month’s issue yet.
Any “Fargo” series fans on here? Im watching it for a 3rd time
New album An undying love for a burning world from Post Metal band Neurosis with Aaron Turner formerly of Isis on vocals.
Top stuff.
I appreciate it may be in the minority here but, do we have any other fans of Max Richter on here?
How much of a fan of Richter would you say you were, on a scale of 1 to 10…?
Strewth.
