To be clear, I think Anders is a good player, but he’s vying with Allen, not Casey or Taylor. Not strong enough defensively to play centre of a 3 (when we play 3) and clearly best suited to the left side rather than right. I’m not sure he’s going to knock Allen out of the team.

Casey was MOTM last week and the sub defender Taylor played well. So you are not going to put an extra defender on the bench.
Yep, totally, he is backup for Allen, left footed defender. He could play middle in a 3, and woukd be better than Taylor. Though im happy with Casey.

I think his interviews are great and results so far not exactly been bad. I’ll take his judgement on Anders too given he watches them every day at training. I’m sure he’s lining up at least 2 new centre backs in January anyway.
