Michael Duff

This sounds great but it’s obviously not true.

Any player wearing Lyle and Scott is guaranteed to start.

I’ve got some Tate & Lyle, does that count?

No. I did that joke yesterday when I was pissed and it got 0 xpTU (expected thumbs up)

There was definitely a shout of “leave it” as that early corner came across but I’m not sure if it was from Bill Turnbull or @Norsquarters (Josh ?) who was the extremely vocal kit man at the time. I’d met him a couple of times in the Vere Suite several years previously and, at the time, he was regularly commuting between Norway and the Cayman Islands (where he had a light and dark blue cabin cruiser, if that’s the right description of the boat I saw pictured ). Last heard of camping in a rain forest in South America.

I very much doubt it. I don’t think his reactions were that swift.

Bill Turnbull has to be odds on favourite.

I’m not surprised. They’re adults not playing for the under 8s

Latest BFP interview has Duff saying the team has to toughen up.

Jinky boys need to become jinky men

I wonder if any manager has ever come into a club and said he wants the players to be weaker, and play slower, less attractive football.

It sounds a hoot.

Until it all goes a bit ‘Deliverance’

Still baffled that Yeovil don’t run out to duelling banjos

I guess the scene would’ve lost something if they forced Ned Beatty to hoot like an owl.

Anyone else noticed the increased amount of content across social media coming out of the club. Wonder if there’s more of a feel good factor now that wasn’t before? Hope so and certainly looks like it.

They’ve not had a lot to work with for a while to be fair.

People smiling is new!

Even Norris was smiling in the last video - we must have turned a corner!

I want to make an observation that was mentioned by my dad’s friend at Wigan

Remember Stockport, where we were getting destroyed on the Left Wing because Dodds, In his infinite Wisdom, put Dan Casey at RB and left him there to metaphorically die everytime Stockport made a move on the Left Wing.

at Wigan, Duff had one Play with Casey at RB, unfortunate circumstances this time with Grimmer going off with an injury, and put Fred at Right Wing Back the Next Play because the same thing happened.

its the little things that I appreciate, Also obligatory beating the dead horse of Dodds (I know its getting old) but I thought it was an interesting observation
