The run in to that season was quite extraordinary wasn’t it?
After Reading away we were dead and buried. It was absolutely remarkable. Like Lazarus of Bethany. What a ride those seven weeks were!
It’s reminded me of my greatest football misjudgment. Couldn’t afford two away games in a week so swerved Man City away and went to Notts County away instead.
Absolutely magical. That game at Moss Rose will always be in my top ten.
Was a mad enough listen on the radio, let alone being there!

From today ( for the first time this season), I don’t feel the need to look down anymore.

With Morley scoring yesterday I make that 19 different scorers this season. Have we ever had more than that?
That was only the third time a team has had zero shots on target against us. The other two were Wigan (Carabao cup, win, 23rd September) and Wimbledon (MD25, win, 4th Jan).
Incredible record.
It took me a moment to work it out.

I’ve got a current form target of 75 points,so happy to see they’re almost agreeing with me.
