Lovely stuff! Great to have Kone finding the net twice. Looking forward to Harvie getting some minutes again. Let’s hope for a clean sheet. Hope Armando is okay
Berry showed a lot of attacking intent Tuesday and again today, not sure why we didn’t see him when we couldn’t buy a goal back end of last season

Looked like a 50:50 for Armando and the ball caught the inside front of his boot and bent the ankle / knee back. Immediately got another pass and felt it stattted hobbling. Hopefully precautionary.

Ever the optimist Kin. I suppose Dodds made him captain because a not very reliable source said that Celtic might buy him if someone else bought their current striker and the last day of the month is a Friday.

Great half. Fantastic to see Kone scoring again, perhaps helped by being given the captain’s armband.
James Berry looks the business, great pass for opener. Ewan Henderson and Boyd-Munce looked good in midfield as did Ryan Cole at left back. Even Alex Hartridge did well but I suspect given he wasn’t captain and originally due to start at left back, his future won’t be at Wycombe.
Disappointing for the lively Armando. Hopefully just a precaution as he’s been Wycombe’s best player in pre-season so far.

I once sat next to Mary Fowler’s mum at a City game,also a lovely lady.

Japan striker Shin Yamada has joined Celtic from Kawasaki Frontale on a four-year-deal.
The 25-year-old has scored 32 goals in 121 club appearances, featuring prominently in the J-League since 2023.
Hopefully that kills the Kone rumours
