Anyone know why Cheltenham weren’t playing in red?
They wanted to play in their new white away kit for the first time.
Just seen the highlights for the game, how was Kone not offside for the 2nd goal? He never looked onside at all throughout that attack…..

They were showing off their new away kit to the fans apparently.
Just did some research and watched a couple of videos as i had not heard of him.
If it is him and we signed him… i reckon we would have a diamond on our hands.
Hard to tell from one highlights packet but the movement and passing shown in it seems a world away from how we were playing at the tail end of last season. Nice one and two touch passing and runners sprinting from deep to get forward. Looks promising.
Still some defensive frailties that need work, but again, two different teams in each half working and learning how to play together might be the root cause of that.

This was my take on the highlights too, very promising.
His passing and free kicks look fantastic and way above what you see in our level. Definitely looks like a potentially top player.

How did Harvie look on the pitch for anyone who went yesterday?

Was he no.21 as that was great technique for the shot that hit the bar
Looked good. Was clearly on planned limited pitch time but there were a handful of his trademark runs down the wing and he also linked up well with Lowry. Assuming no adverse reaction, I’d expect a longer run out at Barnet.

Not sure Kone was onside from the highlights tbh but who cares, sometimes you need a break when not in top confidence.
Well on top from the highlights and some good passing and attacking threat. Henderson looks like a great get.
Can’t go back or undo the end of last season but the mind boggles a bit that some of those left unused couldn’t have made any impact.

Ive watched it a few times, at best he was level with the ball.
Though, would gave been shocking to be offside in that position. Not hard to stsy behind the ball.
Because the player with the ball was also beyond the last defender.
