Also, is everyone good with votes being public?

No Blackman option, sadly

Apologies as this should be in the Matchday category. I’ll get there eventually!

I like this new poll format - both the visible voters and the fact that it sorts them into a leaderboard.

I am ok with votes being public and the format is cool. I went Grimmer because I thought he contributed well to the forward moving energy and was both brave and unlucky with the diving header.

No problem with the visibility of the vote, I like it and the way it auto-sorts by percentage

Grimmer is a good shout actually. It was impressive how many times he burst into the box and he was the driver of a lot of the best moves on the right hand side. Especially impressive as he wasn’t even supposed to be the wingback.

Captain Jack for me, although as I said yesterday, he’ll be having nightmares about that header.

Lowry was excellent and very exciting for the future and just misses out to Jack for me.

Grimmer for me, he works out that with 5 at the back v bottom of the league someone had to charge forward from the back with the all to break them down. Had a couple of decent chances fall to him in their box, shame he didn’t put one away. Real man of the match was Jamal Blackman…he’s wasted at Shrewsbury.

Love the format. Happy to be named and shamed.

I thought Simons was excellent

I thought Lowry looked excellent - such a good eye for a pass around the box, which is exactly what we need at the moment. Looking forward to seeing more of him in the run-in

Simons for me. Controlled things in midfield and the one player who showed a bit of composure with his shooting. Unfortunate to be denied by a couple of excellent Blackman saves.

I realise the Danes took all the headlines because they broke transfer records and were a bit foreign but signing a player from Rangers should have been the headline in the January transfer window. If he settles well Lowry could be very special.

I’m surprised Lowry’s coming out so high. He reminded me of very early Mehmeti - lots of sizzle, but not much meat in the sausage. He promised much, but never quite delivered. I really hope he’ll progress along the kind of trajectory we saw with Anis, but would not have him as an automatic starter on the run-in.

unless, you know, the manager sent out a team with enough flexibility to switch around and create space and an extra man

was noticeable how good Grimmer was in attack on tuesday, was great to see. In fact, had we taken just a couple of our chances then we would all be talking about one of the great Wycombe performances I think. Some of the passing movements we put together were superb

Oh totally, that’s exactly what I meant, and Jack was brilliant at it.

Average position maps from Shrewsbury. As a supposed central defender, Jack was playing very high with his runs, more of a wing back like Jasper.

I liked Lowry, he has something. The new poll is also very exciting
