1st Round FA Cup ticket prices

Club charging 2000/2001 prices for the Plymouth FA Cup game. £15 for an adult ticket in the Frank Adams stand. Would be good to see a decent attendance to encourage similar pricing in the future. “Interesting” fact using RPI over the period £15 = approx £28.50 now.

Love the layout and style of the poster.

My ticket says Sunday 1st November…Lommy calendar?

This is the same style they used during the 2000-2005 era when we had the club shop still in town! (Just without the yellow border!)

Credit where it’s due. This is very good.

Unfortunately I can’t think of a less likely team to go on a magical Cup run.

But it’s the Cup. So maybe..

Everyone moans about pricing quickly enough, so only fair to say that’s well played by the clubs.

Yep, this is a very good idea.

Hats off for the throwback design and pricing. Credit where it’s due.

I thought the prices were set by the FA for the FA Cup.

Still a great deal, regardless, and if this cheaper than the FA price guide then hats off.

I’ve got that poster somewhere…

the FA set minimum prices I think

I have the poster, the light blue/dark blue team sheets (that were placed on the seats at Villa Park), plus the programmes for each round. Don’t ask me why I keep them but I can’t part with them.

They were fantastic times indeed.

You’ve got a hoarding disorder?

Maybe :+1:

Takes you back, doesn’t it.

Lovely effort from the club….now all they need to do is to have the beer in the Vere at 2000/2001 prices as well……

I’ve still got loads of bits from the cup run, including most of those posters.

What we saying £2.50 a pint back then?

Think that’s right but minimum price is very low - £10 for non concessions, so to all intents and purposes home clubs choice.

You mean the team that’s just one game away from a League Cup quarter final…?
