BBC TV Non Coverage coverage

I wondered the same thing.

There was a brief period when RTBs appeared on Wycombe Sound, i used to enjoy the ads for Bourne End Windows and Doors as i was listening.

I’m not sure if there’s still the ‘Wycombe Wanderers Show’ on a Thursday (?). Wycombe Sound still does comms of games as far as I’m aware but I tend to listen on 3CR 98FM now, which is covering us pretty much every time we play, unless I’m mistaken. As they can split to multiple frequencies to shoehorn each team in the 3CR diaspora.

As said, we’ve always fallen between the cracks. I know Marlow gets BBC South Today, but I’m in Hazlemere and have always received BBC London. Not sure where exactly where this TV divide kicks in, can any Bourne Enders or those in Flackwell enlighten us?! Either way, both don’t really mention the Blues.

Yes there is the Wycombe Wanderers Show on Thursdays at 7pm, actually pretty good with lots of first team talk as well as W3 coverage with usually with one of the squad being interviewed which I find quite interesting hearing about their journey which is quite different to the mens game. They also regularly do a feature on the ex players association and the foundation. As said pretty good and you can listen back anytime from the Wycombe Sound website.

…..and no before you ask, I am nothing to do with Wycombe Sound, I just listen to the radio more than watch TV.

Who is doing the Wycombe Sound show now? Rebecca Daniels was there and also involved at the club for a while during Phils tenure at both. I think Darcie is doing a similar now for the club.

It feels ridiculous that both Oxfordshire and Berkshire, with one league club each, have their own dedicated BBC radio stations, while Watford, Luton, us, Stevenage and Franchise have to share, diluting coverage for everyone but us in particular.

It was originally going to be called Three Cunties but some people complained

Self aware fans of Luton, Stevenage and MK, probably

They really could do with publicising that more, that’s the sort of thing that I could be listening to while driving, sitting on the bus or doing the dishes.

Route one, but I like it

It is very odd that three counties with no particular historic links have been lumped together. Nothing else like it.
