It will be interesting to see the ticket allocation structure. Season Tickets holders first I’d assume. Will that include the “£25 a head” kids season tickets I wonder!
If they’re also allowed to buy an (x) number each, then there won’t be that many left for the likes of me as a now non season ticket holder. That’ll serve me right for not renewing this season, as I couldn’t face having to turn up every week to watch Doddsball.
Correct, meant to say ST who has attended an away cup game. (I’m a ST holder myself so I would be fuming if that was the case, not that I can go to this one).
Our early season attendances haven’t been so large as to suggest everyone who wants a ticket won’t get one - unless we get a massive pile on of disgruntled West Ham supporters that is.
I’d be surprised if we sell out, but looking forward to the game. Will bring my kids, didn’t even know until after the draw it’s on during the school holidays, so that helps.
A real achievement getting here and getting a Prem team. Some folks see it as not getting Liverpool, Newcastle, Chelsea, Spurs or Man City of which we had a 40% chance of getting one of the big boys.
I’m happy with Fulham as it means a big crowd yet we really could tie them a go.
A friend who supports Holmer Green home and away and whose “main” club is Fulham reckons Wycombe will be favourites. I should mention that he has similar leanings to those of @bookertease.
Was there that night, article made it sound worse than it was, at least from my vantage point. I recall the chant to the Fulham fans pre match was “Where were you when you were shit?!” referencing playing them years earlier before their pre big money ownership.
I remember the chants of “what a waste of money”, aimed at Saha and Marlet in the first game. Fulham were still nouveau-riche at the time and had a very cosmopolitan side.
