Do you remember how brilliant Jermaine McSporran was that night? Unplayable
Yes it was vintage Jocky that night. Even with the old āmishit dummyā before swivelling and scoring!
To quote Alan Hansen on Match of the Day that evening āGreat name. Great paceā
Hopefully the club will keep ticket prices down and offer kids incentives (itās half term I think) and get the place packed out.
Hopefully, they will and the team turn up too!
Itās 3 or 4 days after the quid-a-kid game, why not say itās Ā£5 for 2 games?
I believe Fulham play Newcastle away on the Saturday before the week in question and Wolves at home on the Saturday after, which feels auspicious to me.
Not a hope, although Ā£5 for under 14s isnāt bad, but Ā£30 for the FA seems steep.
Just seen those prices. Think Iāll watch on TV - which Iām sure will be what others are thinking too. 4,000 crowd?
Those prices are mad.
What a shame.
The prices may be set by the FA ?
This is what many thought for Villa last year too? And they got a big crowd.
I donāt think they are, I have no idea what Grimsby charged for their game against Man Utd but there is a rule that PL clubs have agreed to only charge Ā£30 for an away ticket.
Grimsby were at it themselves, £30 top priced ticket
Aston Villa is a far bigger draw than Fulham.
This is one round deeper though. And weā put our prices up this season too.
Unfortunately fans donāt have deeper pockets.
Prices are normal league prices arenāt they? Seems reasonable to me for a last 16 cup match against Premier League opposition. Itās a pretty huge match for us and whilst cheaper prices are always appreciated, I donāt think itās realistic to expect discounts for such a big game.
Probably a better argument to suggest that the normal league prices are too much.
Feedback from my wider group is a bit āmehā so far with some thinking of staying home if itās on Sky plus. We will debate more about it in the Vere pre/post game Saturday.
