I have emailed the club about this but (understandably) got an autoresponse saying they had a ton of other emails to deal with and their response may be delayed.
So just in case anyone on here knows…
Is it correct that once you have bought tickets online that they are only available for collection from AP, and there is no provision to collect on the day from Charlton?
You can collect at Charlton, but the queue last time was nightmarish - and that wasn’t a sellout.

Ok thanks - yep, remember collection on the day at Charlton having a major queue last time.
It was the part here that caused the question:
Tickets will be available for collection ONLY 48 hours after purchase.
Have we sold our allocation of 3,000?
Thats what I want to know
I don’t think so, but you’d expect this to be a home sellout and for us to take a good 2000 probably.

I bought mine during the second half last night and collected it straight after the game, so that’s a bit misleading.
OK - I just got a response back from the club as follows:
It is highly likely that you will be able to collect the tickets at Charlton on Thursday. But we are just waiting for the confirmation from Charlton that tickets will be available to collect from their ticket office. I will update you once it’s confirmed.
Get there early if that is the case, it took me about 30 mins at the league game.
This is in the receipt email
“If you cannot collect your tickets from Adams Park, they will be made available for collection at the away ground on matchday. The ticket office STRONGLY ADVISE you collect your match tickets in advance of matchday”
Yep, the queues at The Valley were a disaster in December. Allow at least 30 minutes.
“Tickets in the away end for this game are guaranteed up until 4pm on Tuesday; after this point, a decision will be made whether or not to convert some of Wanderers’ allocation into a home area.”
So in other words if you haven’t got your ticket for Thursday, hurry up about it.
I do find it quite surprising that so many clubs, far bigger than Wycombe, still issue paper tickets.

How many tickets have we sold so far?
Have we agreed to potentially giving them more tickets?
Don’t know but it was 900 on Friday and surely plenty bought tickets yesterday either before or especially after the game. Still difficult to see us taking more than 2,000. It would be nice if we could though.
Right - the club have tweeted that you can definitely collect on the day from Charlton, though they’ve understandably put a caveat to get there in plenty of time to collect the tix given the likely crowd numbers:

I can only back up what others have been saying here. It was a bit different because I was buying a ticket on the day but the queue for that and the queue to pick up pre-purchased tickets was the same queue.
It was painfully slow. Missed about 20 minutes of the first half (this was last season). Likely to be an absolute nightmare with a much bigger crowd

Heard we’ve sold 1200 and Charlton want to split the stand and take half our allocation (1500) back

Would be lovely for those doubtful fans to show absolute support now and get us up to 2,000 or more.
