I believe this phrase is a new legal requirement from Companies House when a company next files its annual confirmation ststement. As such nothing to worry about
I’m seeing a blurred out image. Do you mean the statement “The company confirms that its intended future activities are lawful.”? This is the annual statement that all companies must now make.

If you tap on the blurred image it comes into focus. The statement does indeed confirm our activities will be lawful.
This is surely a technicality so that - in the unlikely even that a companies activities are unlawful - all directors can be prosecuted for making a false statement as well as being prosecuted for the unlawful activity?

This is just a generic new statement companies are required to make, along with verifying the identities of all listed directors, in an attempt to tackle business fraud.

Had to do the same for all my companies along with verifying my identity as a director - it is a legal requirement.

I wonder if any company has declared that they intend their future business activities shall be unlawful ?
