Flicking through the channels, as it’s a bit hot, just came across the episode of Succession in which Logan Roy dies. An excellent hour of tv drama.

Can’t remember if any of these have been discussed already, but Apple TV is knocking it out the park recently. Widow’s Bay was all round wonderful, Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed has some of the best dialogue I’ve seen (heard?) in a show in a long time, and Cape Fear is incredible.
Haven’t seen any of those yet so will add them to the list.

I get Apple for a month once Slow Horses and Severance have landed. I will investigate those when we take the plunge again.

Rivals on Disney. Its really good.
I don’t know if Cape Fear can sustain 10 episodes. I’ve seen 4 and blimey Charlie there’s some moments early doors. How they ramp it up from there will be something to see. But so far so brutal!

Slow Horses just finished a whole load of filming in and around Downley and Wycombe. All the trucks down at Adam’s Park over the last week have been the base. The legendary Roddy Ho was seen downing a neck oil in the Le De beer garden last Thursday.

In more important news, Ronnie Le Drew has died today, aged 78. Most famous for being the puppeteer for Zippy from rainbow.
Gutted. Loved Zippy as a kid. And I was also one of those that didn’t think ‘why didn’t Zippy just un-zip himself when he was being naughty’ until it dawned on me later in life.
