Word salad or a genuine attempt to improve engagement? You decide…
There was me hoping for a happy announcement of pending nuptials between two of Wycombe’s finest…
Great to see you back mate
Got as far as “The Touchpoint Journey” and started to feel a bit nauseous so had to stop
As ever, you’re a better man than I.
I got as far as “Fan Engagement Plan”.
The Fan Advisory Board (pg 8) could be a great opportunity - is there a Gasroom representative out there?
I vote for @micra or @Midlander
Both, maybe?
There’s quite a lot of verbiage in there, but actually, the content of the “Touchpoint Journey” (which grated so much with @eric_plant and with me, too), for example, is quite a good way to break down the various points at which the relationship with supporters can be built or broken.
Elsewhere, it reminded me what an excellent initiative the revitalised bus routes have been.
Gah, this old chestnut again. Why the presence? The club is someone else’s toy to play with, this is just a PR stunt.
Bizarre to release this document at this time, and make no mention of the terrace. Feels like it was knocked out by AI 2 weeks prior and not updated. Since when is Adam’s Park a ‘stadium bowl’?
What happened to the Charter?
It’s tick box exercise where in reality they will do what they want.
I vote for @trev.
I assumed that matchday journey was supposed to apply to away games as well, but I’m not so sure. It also seems to be missing the main part of the day: the actual game.
In stadium terminology the vomitories empty out into the stadium bowl. ![]()
Bowl just being the open stand/seating/viewing areas that look onto the pitch, as opposed to the concourses, corporate rooms etc that also make up part of the stadium itself.
