Hi, I want to share a new football fan sentiment platform that’s been launched to help ensure fans opinions are heard by their club.
The platform positions itself as independent from fans and clubs, providing a non-biased way for fans to share their views with clubs. The platform collates the same insights across all clubs in the EFL and Premier League which then allows clubs (and fans) to set benchmarks for performance.

To be completely transparent I can’t promise that clubs will take this onboard, however I will share this data with supporter groups, media, etc. If we’re able to get a substantial number of fans sharing feedback I hope we can eventually drive change.
