At least they’ve got rid of the blood stain now on the hand soap dispenser in FA

I would like to report it following the massive security and vetting to obtain places for the evening whereby you had to go into a potential ballot (which would’ve been based on a mysterious method of ensuring there was a so-called cross-section of supporters you were able to walk in to the room completely unchecked
There, I was poised with my precious E ticket to show it to a heavy on the door only to be met with an empty desk
Very poor security meaning any old riffraff or Russian spy could’ve walked through.
I reckon around 120 foughtover 300 potential spaces
Probably a direct result of the government’s new clamp down on inflated ticket prices.

£5.5m and £10m so £15.5m invested so far. Initially as loans but then converter to share capital (permanent loans)

The investment is a capital investment so in the event of a sale it could be paid back as part of the deal but it isn’t a debt the club has a liability in the same way a loan held in the Directors Loan Account would be (all the Couhig money was in a Directors Loan Account so could have been called in anytime but the cash wasn’t there to pay it out so it was only paid back as part of the sale). The balance sheet will show the club as £15.5m stronger than 18 months ago.

Welcome to The Gasroom.

Signs up and posts for the first time at 2am, would suggest you are not in the UK.

How was the beautiful sunrise in Almaty at 7am this morning.

Nice to see the partnership with Her Game Too.

Does beg a question regarding the situation a month or two back regarding the W3 player that had to crowd fund after an injury.

One assumes that with the club bringing the women’s team and game in general closer to the club and banishing sexism , this won’t happen again as I can’t imagine that situation is likely to occur in the men’s game. Would seem rather unequal for it only to happen to the women team

This all sounds like a sensible approach to me.

By “looking to retain key players” in January, I hope that means we will try to sign Woodrow and Bell permanemtly.

If we did manage to establish an access road from the West, I can’t see that adding more than 500-1,000 to the average gate.

Getting into the Championship. and staying there, has to be the priority, that will mean we’d sell out the away end most weeks, and perhaps add another couple of thousand home fans, so getting close to full capacity. Only then should we be looking at sites for a possible new stadium.

Meanwhile, I’ll keep buying tickets for the Euromillions lottery, so that when I win the £200m+ rollover, I can step in and buy out ML’s share. Then you’ll all wish you had been more polite

£15.5 million is a huge sum for a club like ours, (which we could never be repay if called in).
Mr Lomtadze has a vision and deep pockets, very little we can say or do to change things, so sit back and enjoy the ride.
I think we are very fortunate to have an owner prepared to fork out huge sums…

Thank- you kind sir, :man_bowing:

Pretty much my thoughts too including the worry if any loans are ever called in.

It will be fascinating to see where we are in 10 years.

Are you saying that Lom…Mikheil Lomtadze has been reading my posts? I am dead.

Talking of which, and with reference to @wwfcblue’s post above about the situation in 10 years time, I’m hoping that people referring to their loved ones having umpteen heavenly birthdays and looking down at us are actually on the ball.

You haven’t seen the interest rate that ML has put onto his Loans!

Some other things raised last night, which CFO Tim Davies will look into. The return of a tea bar in the Origin stand, the return of pre-ordering half-time food and drink, the return of the match day programme, and opening the terrace for Vertu Cup games, or any game where FA and Away are closed

What’s the set-up with no tea bar in the Origin? Do you have to go inside?

Yes, it’s a long walk round to the Caley if you are at the far end.

For any that haven’t seen it or wish to watch it again.
