Not an ex player, but former Middlesbrough captain big Stuart Boam has passed away aged 77.
Stuart was captain of Boro in those two never to be forgotten games in 1975.

Rendell Williams has signed for Reading because of course he has.
Tjay’s Red Imps with a strong first half against Croatian giants Rijeka. 0-0 so far and Rijeka yet to have an attempt on goal compared to the Imps’ 5. Could be another shock on the cards IF they can keep it up.
Edit: I jinxed it. Rijeka score with their first attempt on target.

His Twitter account (from which there was a post last month) still lists WWFC, so I can only think he’s still unattached.
I think he’s L1 quality, but perhaps the injury record is what may concern potential employers. Who knows though.
I thought he went to Exeter but must have fallen through.
