Gasroom Player Sponsorship 2025/26 Season

As we start to approach the new season we wanted to kick-off plans for Gasroom player sponsorship.

For the 2025/26 season we have two opportunities:

1. Wycombe Wanderers senior squad

  • We’re excited to announce that the Gasroom will be the home shirt sponsor of Bradley Fink for the upcoming season
  • Sponsoring Bradley will provide the Gasroom in-stadium presence via the big screen and also give us opportunities for giveaways throughout the season, such as match tickets and attending the end of season player kit sponsor dinner
  • You can read more about player sponsorship on the official website
  • The cost for the sponsorship is £638, which has been paid for by @OxfordBlue and myself. If you would like to help contribute you can do so here by clicking this link
  • All members who help to contribute to the cost of the sponsorship will have their Gasroom username upgraded with a :star: , @OxfordBlue and I will also be most grateful!

2. Ex-player or Wycombe Wanderers Women player sponsorship

  • As discussed in other threads there is also the opportunity for the Gasroom to sponsor either an ex-player or a Chairgirls player
  • All money raised after costs from this sponsorship would be donated to Wycombe Wanderers Foundation
  • It’s still early days on this topic, but to build on the discussions so far please vote for your sponsorship preference below:
  • Ex-player
  • Chairgirl

I’m sure I saw a recent press release from the Foundation, saying that sponsoring a W3 player is now £800, but I can’t find the link.

The Chairgirls partnership opportunities pamphlet can be found here - https://wycombewanderersfoundation.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Partnership-Opportunities-Brochure.pdf
It looks like player sponsorship is £500-1k

Looks like an updated Foundation & Womens team sponsorship brochure has just been published, the W3 player sponsorship is priced at £750

@OxfordBlue and I are going to have a call with the Foundation/W3 team on Thursday to understand a little bit more about potential sponsorship opportunities

Very good idea have contributed :+1:

I have voted for a Chairgirl sponsorship, as I would rather keep funds within the club, but the cost is surprisingly high compared to the men’s sponsorship, which gives more benefits. I don’t understand the Foundation’s pricing policy.

I thought both those things. Possibly W3 depend more heavily on player sponsorship as a percentage of their total income.

Have they replied @bluequarters?

We’ve had a couple of emails back and forth but are having a call tomorrow to get more details and understand what kind of opportunities may exist

Apologies if I’m being silly but is the donation link for the sponsorship of Bradley Fink?

Correct. We will put up a second donation link for a Chairgirls sponsorship, and the details of what it would entail shortly.

Be nice to try and do all three - Fink, Chairgirl, Ex-Player but appreciate that could be quite some cash to part with…

@OxfordBlue and I had a good call with the Foundation team today. As many of you will already know they are doing some fantastic work in the community, you can watch some highlights from their Impact Report for the 23/24 Season here:

At League Tier 5 of the Womens team players need to pay to play, so money raised from sponsorships goes towards enabling this. It helps cover a variety of expenses, ranging from training to the kit they wear.

In terms of sponsorship for this season we have two opportunities:

1. W3 Player Sponsorship, £750
As part of this sponsorship the Gasroom would receive benefits including x2 season tickets, x2 WWFC tickets, social media & website presence, Sponsors Cup invite, Awards Evening attendance. We would select a player to sponsor at random.

2. Chairgirls Champion, £350
The Gasroom would receive benefits including x1 season ticket, x1 WWFC ticket, social media presence, Sponsors Cup invite.

Looking at the poll results it seems like the sponsorship of W3 is preferred over an ex-player, so we’ll focus on that for this season. Our suggested approach is to choose the between the packages above depending on how much money we’re able to raise.

As with the Bradley Fink sponsorship above, the W3 sponsorship benefits would be offered as giveaways to the Gasroom community throughout the season, and all contributors would receive a star next to their Gasroom username!

So, if you would like to contribute towards the Gasroom sponsorship efforts for the 2025/26 season here are the opportunities:

:blue_heart: Womens team: Player Sponsorship or Chairgirls Champion

Donated to both - one star is good enough

For the Chairgirls sponsorship I would prefer to sponsor a player if we can raise enough

Thanks for confirming, donated!

Can we pay a bit more to stop everyone referring to the ladies team as W3? Had no idea at all what the trust email was on about.

We have raised £210 so far, towards a total of £350, to become a sponsor of the women’s team.

This is already a great effort, so congrats to everyone who contributed!

We want to close this off before the start of the season, so this is essentially a final call for donations, before we shut down the link.

Thank you very much to everyone who has donated towards both this, and the Fink sponsorship. We will also have the option to choose our personalised message for his dressing room plaque, which we also open the floor to ideas for.

If we fall short for the W3 fundraiser, myself and @bluequarters will make up the difference.

Cheers!
