Alright Chairboys,

In a month’s time I’ll be dragging myself round Amsterdam for my third marathon in 18 months—this time with minimal (read: no) training and maximum optimism.

I’m running for The Children’s Society, a brilliant charity that supports vulnerable young people across the UK. If you fancy backing a good cause (and watching me suffer for it), I’d be hugely grateful for any donations, big or small.
