Jamie Mullins called up for Republic of Ireland U21s.
Neither of the Mansfield players mentioned above called up. Looks like it’ll be on?

Cheers. GAME ON!
Sorry for the dumb question but do U21s count towards a postponement..?
Yes, they do.
If the rumours are true he’s joined a Saudi 3rd tier club
That’s a shame. But not sure we’re in the market for a striker anymore ![]()
The one time we’re in such rancid form that a postponement would suit us!
Bartolo called up to Gibraltar U21s this window. More likely to start for them with Tjay the first choice senior striker right now. Facing Scotland and Portugal.
Lee Chipolina could be one to watch, he scored a hat trick in Lincoln Red Imps’ 4-1 win over Naxxar in the UEFA Youth League yesterday to secure a 6-1 agg win and a tie against 2023 champions AZ Alkmaar in a few weeks.
As Bartolo has only been in a squad for one game this season I don’t believe his international selection will count towards the international players required to get a game called off.
Jamie Mullins also called up for Ireland U21s
Guess we’ll see how many more get callups
Boyd-Munce has been dropped from the Northern Ireland squad.
Pleased for Bartolo, he needs to be playing as much as he can right now.
They could theoretically have a much stronger squad too. Sam Straughan-Brown of Doncaster Rovers is apparently eligible through his grandparents. Joachim Ostheider plays for Cadiz. Dylan Vallecillo and Sam Barnett are supposedly eligible and play in the Spanish version of PL2. Tristan Holden plays for Dover Athletic and Johnny Rush is playing top level college soccer in America with Ohio State.
Mullins and Bartolo have been officially announced by Wycombe they are on international duty. I’ve tweeted @wwfchelp to see when they expect a decision to be made for the Wigan game.
Don’t think there is a decision to be made on the Wigan game.
Wycombe have one “eligible” player on international duty, Wigan zero.
So the game will be on.
That’s the effect that Dodds has…
Dexter Lembikisa made his first appearance on loan for Lincoln City in the EFL Trophy this week. He has been called up by Jamaica, one of three Lincoln City players called-up, and their trip to Bradford City has been postponed.
I suspect Jaiden Bartolo would qualify for a postponement, however as Caolan Boyd-Munce has not been called-up by Northern Ireland, we only have two players on international duty.
Bartolo would qualify if he’s involved this weekend I think, not 100% though
There is no set in stone EFL rule but an accepted guidance that a player should have been in the squad for a minimum 25% of games.
I can only guess that Lincoln would have argued that he had been injured.
I didn’t go so can’t confirm, but it looks like Bartolo in this photo from Chesham’s friendly last Saturday v Bedford Town (both teams already out of the FA Cup so had no league fixture). They said a trialist scored so makes sense it would be him, clearly not in Duff’s first team plans anyway.
