What a great player, incredible to think that a double European Champion, which included an assist in one final and a goal in the other, worked for us as a scout. RIP John.

Fabulous player, part of a terrific Forest midfield that won two European Cups with Martin on the right balancing Robbo on the left.
Wasn’t he actually Martin’s assistant for at least some of his time at Adams Park. If so, deserves a decent tribute for his contribution to the most important period in the history of the club.

Very sad. A very fine player in his day - the definition of a classical winger - and an important character in Wanderers’ history to boot.

Yes, he was assistant/coach as well, I’m not sure if that overlapped with his scouting duties.

Few clubs can boast having had a coaching team that had four European Cup winners medals between them, nevermind whilst being in the Conference.
