In my mind Taylor Allen and Dan Casey are the starting centre backs with Skura,Taff and Hartridge as back up - isn’t that enough!
Given we are likely to play three at the back I would suggest Grimmer, Casey and Allen would be the three at the moment. I’d say they are good but arguably not even as good as last year. And those in reserve three you mentioned are almost certainly off.

I can’t see Taff or Hartridge being here at the start of the season. Skura has great potential and he’ll hopefully get a chance this season. I assume Grimmer will move to CB, but does he have 50 games a season in him?
I’d expect two more CBs to come in.
Edit: completely forgot about Anders. So maybe one more.

We need a CDM. We’re weak on the left (and need cover for Harvie) and probably want another defender.
I think it could be come the start of the season particularly if Kone stays.
Tafazolli back in the fold? Junior shouldn’t take up Badminton after he retires…

Interesting. Despite Sky/EFL stating the tv games will be announced at 12 today I can’t find anything on it anywhere…think I’m going mad…
Surely we now have to place our confidence in MD about which players stay and if Hartridge is one of them he starts with a clean sheet. He may start with a clean sheet.
