Boyd-Munce, but what a difference having a striker on the pitch makes.
No brainer. Scored a screamer. Absolutely solid in midfield. Hit the woodwork with another screamer. Delicious pass and assist for Lowe’s goal.
Broken record of Casey, Anders, CBM.
Plumped CBM wonderstrike and an assist. Almost the first name on the sheet.
I went for Harris. I thought that was the best game he has had for us and deserved his goal.
(No arguments with it given to Boyd-Munce though)
I chose CBM, but Harris wasn’t far off for sure. Very impressed with him today.
CBM for all the reasons given. But the back four were solid today. Casey was excellent.
No votes for Norris?
Boyd - Munce, great performance and amazing goal. CBM is getting better every game.
CBM fantastic goal, outrageous assist and a solid all round performance. Morley ran him close for his 2nd half though. Absolutely imperious.
Thought for a moment I’d chanced upon a gross polling discrepancy with @Atomic (of all people) having skewed the result by voting twice for the inimitable CDM.
Turns out there’s a guy called Arnie who enjoys a virtually indistinguishable thumb nail picture.
I should probably actually change my avatar. ![]()
Avatar. Sorry, I’m not up with the terminology beyond emoji level.
Talking of terminology, I couldn’t help noticing that Boyd-Munce and Alex Morris share the same medium taper fade hairstyles. Both were interviewed after yesterday’s match and both came across very impressively.
If Michael Duff should be lured away at some point or just want out to further his managerial career I reckon Alex would be a leading candidate to succeed him.
I’ve given him my vote - I don’t like the criticism of him, he is a very good keeper and the best we have currently, I don’t get the comments against him or Harris or Leahy - they give their all for this club, sometimes it doesn’t come off, but it’s not without commitment and the best of intentions.
Absolutely fair. I don’t really like singling players out, but he made some pretty odd decisions in that game, one of which injured Anders for who knows how long. And his choice of pass out from the back regularly puts the defenders under pressure or simply gifts a goal.
On the other hand, he’s a very good shot stopper and all goalkeepers are insane. I mean, you’d have to be wouldn’t you.
Very true!!
