I couldn’t watch today, but i went with Taylor because he scored and i’ve been quite mean about him.

Ditto the former. Also topped the Fotmob rankings for the match on 8.4.

I thought Taylor was our best player today; for his overall performance, not just because he managed to score.

Taylor for me but honorable mention for Hazard for quietly and calmly getting on with it. Nice to not have a goalkeeper behind the defence who is not constantly making mistakes and taking insane decisions.

He’s been very reassuring and dealt sensibly today with the essentially good natured barracking from the Plymouth fans.

Thanks to @Atomic or, if you’re really in France, merci beaucoup.

I went with Hazard as that’s the first time I’ve seen him play and I was unusually relaxed when they sent crosses in.

Honourable mentions to Taylor (albeit defensively he made a couple of mistakes), Cook (who didn’t) and of course Scowen who first half looked the player he always was.

Woodrow, who set the tone for a much improved second half performance by winning that first header and Parker (especially) looked good off the bench.

Taylor looks like a different player. So calm, decent on the ball, dominant in the air, and popped up with a nice glanced goal. Very happy for him, and us!

Commanding centre half performance and a goal. Well done Connor

Tempted to give it to Woodrow, who really was the difference betweenthe 1st and 2nd half performances, but got to be the ever improving Taylor.

Hazards family were sat near me in the woodlands , were laughing at the booing aimed at him were really getting behind the team was good to see.

Surprised Scowen getting mentioned as having a good game/getting a vote. Sadly he looks a shadow of his former self (tho appreciate he is still probably working his way back to full fitness after pretty much a year out)

Not how I saw it at all

Taylor MOM. Small thing but good to see Hazard proactively telling the ball boys to get ready with getting the ball back in play quicker when we were 1 down second half. Shows he’s engaged and switched on. Not something you would expect to see from Norris (who had another shocker for Salford yesterday)

Taylor. I thought his passing and confidence grew as the game went on, especially after he scored. I’m not sure we’ll see him carrying the ball and nor should we. Hence him and Cook together perhaps doesn’t give us the opportunity to move through midfield as fast as we’d like. Can we play Anders with Taylor/Cook?

I’ve also met Taylor, he’s a nice lad, I hope he does well.

I thought Scowen was our MOM at Blackpool and i thought he was very good against Plymouth. Very harsh statement.
