You don’t know that, to be fair
We’re not going to make the play offs but to say the games currently are dead rubbers is a bit silly. Under Duff, we’ve done great to keep the season alive for so long. I suspect after the Easter weekend, it’ll be over for this season, but then only 4 dead rubbers to be involved in is pretty darn good.
Next season is going to be a good one, but we still need a striker. I think Lowe would be the man, but I must admit I’ve been disappointed in his last couple of performances. I think he’s still struggling for fitness and looks quite rusty, unsurprisingly.
Huddersfield have Reading next, Plymouth have Bolton.
All we can do is keep to our part of the bargain. This season is far from over.
Whilst Stevenage have 2 games in hand, they have a very busy April.
One game at a time…
It’s also a bit silly to say, for sure, that we’re not going to make the play-offs. It’s a tall ask but is possible, we probably won’t need to win every game. Such a defeatist attitude will not be present in the squad, Duff will make sure of that!
I said before yesterday six wins from seven. It’s now five from six which sounds much more doable. Maybe four will be enough but we need to go into every game with a must win attitude.
As I said before somebody has to be the ‘how the hell did that happen? ’ team who pip someone better to sixth place. Might as well be us!![]()
Went for Huggins, thought he was very lively.
I think that’s going to be Plymouth Argyle this season.
