Win this and we go up to 6th place. What a remarkable turnaround that would be after the dismal start.
COME ON WYCOMBE!
It would be great to get a good result from one of their games in hand on us.
I know we don’t talk about badges as much any more but that Barnsley one is top tier
The Barnsley badge is a treat, speaks volumes.
This is a huge game, Barnsley are in excellent form and have a bunch of games in hand which if won would put them in the play-offs themselves.
McGoldrick is in form too, it really isn’t fair that he is allowed to play, he is too good and he should have been made to retire already.
Set that against our own rapidly building momentum and the revelation up front alongside Harvie’s return and Boyd Munce scoring from wherever he pleases, but also our struggles away, it’s a huge match for both teams.
We need to bring the badge chat back.
I have a feeling in my bones this is going to be a Stockport away from last season performance.
Come on Wycombe!!
Come on you BLUES!!!
Biggest match of the season so far for both sides. Win for us puts us top 6, a win for Barnsley suddenly brings them right into the mix.
My feeling is we need to win one out of this game or Bolton on Saturday to remain in the play off picture. 3 points from these 2 games would be a decent return, 4 would be excellent, 6 would be wild dream territory!
Its an away game, we aren’t that good away. I admire the positivity of many.
Would love for this to be the game in which Lowe gets his first start, that could make a huge difference.

We were brilliant in terms of flowing football and territorial domination against Reading (aka Jack Marriott FC) but somehow contrived to lose. That mustn’t be repeated and I don’t think it will be.
We are more or less guaranteed to score at least one goal. We managed two against Reading without a regular goalscorer. Reasons to be cheerful, one….two…..?
We’ve only failed to score twice this year - against the resurgent Peterborough and away to the resilient Mansfield. We had 32 shots in those two games. Imagine if Nathan Lowe had been playing.
Again, I fully admire your optimism.
If we can’t be optimistic in at least one narrow but important sphere of our lives in this troubled world, I’m hard pressed to think of alternatives.
Would imagine Woodrow starts v his former club. Although obviously Lowe should start.
Come on Wycombe!
We’ll need Woodrow to be good at everything he’s not very good at. I’m actually getting a good feeling about tonight though. Let’s hope Norris can do what he’s supposed to do, and just leave out the weird stuff for one night.
