I have a good feeling about tonight. We got good results late last season in the North under Dodds and we are better now. Mate at work who lives in and supports Barnsley and bets heavily on L1 says Barnsley are not as good as results suggest just makes the inconsistency of L1 for most teams (could be due to the ref of course, especially recently) make them look better than they are.

That is a beauty of a team line-up. Other than poor Anders (and Miki), only Henderson could improve it, perhaps - but great to have him in reserve for when needed.

We can’t forget that Morley barely played 90 for Bolton all season so to expect him to do it every game immediately is a big ask.

Hendo seems to pick a fair few little niggles up too.

So in the short term rotating them is a good option.

Would be baffling if it’s a mid term strategy though.

Looks as if they gave a foul for Lowe’s collision in the first instance at the near post. It wasn’t a foul imo. Lowe looked offside when he tapped it in anyway.

Dreadful game so far. Pitch looks terrible. Standard is poor.

I think he’s given a foul by Lowe on O’Connell when the initial ball was played in. Extremely soft if so. We’re looking good so far. Keep plugging away and chances will come.
