Yeah that’s a penalty. Weak refereeing. If you can’t give it in front of an empty home crowd on a cold Tuesday you aren’t cut out to referee big games. Defender is only looking at our player and takes him down…. He had no idea where the ball was

A confusing disallowed goal and a nailed on penalty turned down. Complete dominance without the killer instinct. A little worried this is heading the way of many frustrating away results.

That was an excellent half from us just gutted we are not one or two up. Midfield has been superb and Casey outstanding in both boxes.
Clearly a pen!! CBM is becoming my favourite player. Such a classy footballer

You simply can’t trust a referee with arms covered in tattoos. It may be 2026, but some things shouldn’t change.
As for us, a sign of what we’ve needed to improve for a while. No real killer instinct or incisiveness into the box. At home, we do well with moments. On Saturday, we scored from a wonder strike, a route one ball over the top, and their keeper having an aneurysm. We do need to create more with the play we have.

Bottled it because it would also have been a red card as it was a DoGSO. Player wasn’t making an attempt for the ball so the Triple jeopardy law/rule wouldn’t have applied

Absolutely blatant penalty, hauls him down and not even looking at the ball, without the foul it is a huge chance for Harris too. Awful decision

Really encouraged by that. We look in total control except in the final third. You’d like to think at least one goal is coming given our dominance. Might need to be a bit more adventurous/take a risk but that was a fantastic half, the home fans are upset and set up very nicely for us second half.
