It’s probably just me but there feels like a lot of resignation that we’re not going to make the play-offs. A quick glance at the league table and you’d maybe expect a bit more excitement.
Wycombe Wanderers competing for a League One play-off place might not be so unusual this decade but for the first 132 years of our history, it only ever happened once (1995).
Clearly context is key here, four league defeats in six is not play-off form. Perhaps the appalling start to the season plays a part too, given it’s always felt unlikely from August onwards.
Bradford City are an attritional side with Antoni Sarcevic (No. 10) their key man. Right wing-back Josh Neufville (No. 7) and central midfielder Jenson Metcalfe (No. 23) are the others to keep an eye on.
It’ll be interesting to see how Michael Duff responds to Good Friday with regards to team selection. He’s been pretty consistent right from the start. Caolan Boyd-Munce is likely to have recovered from his dead leg so could come back in otherwise I don’t think he’ll deviate from the tried and tested.

Win today and a couple of other results go our way and who knows how positive it can all look.
However, it’s definitely deep into “must win” type territory now, although the usual contrary types would point out we could still get into the playoffs mathematically etc.

vanSas had a real stinker and Westagaard and Lowry didn’t have the best of games either.
Line up is as I expected. Good changes, mostly. I still think Duff is a bit too resistant to change out of form players, but he’s the boss
what has Scowen got to do to play a game? No point giving him 2 minutes at the end of a game

Did you watch his 30 mins at Bolton? He was absolutely miles out of his depth. Not fit.

We are very generous to teams with poor away records especially on quid a kid day. Expecting a 0-3 Bradford victory
