Forgive my ignorance, but with all the changes I’m totally lost!! Other than Henderson, which other more significant players are not involved today? Oh also I gather no Taff or Butcher which we expected.
No Junior starting was a surprise to me, I really think he’s going to be “the player” this season.

Very interesting team. Sort of aligns with what Dodds was suggesting about waiting until now to put his stamp on the team. Amazed that the Danes start in tandem with Lowry, but Quitirna doesn’t start. Will be interesting for sure. Really want Dodds to start well. Vital for confidence of the whole club.

I’ve no problems with Leahy like others do but get the feeling he’d stilll start if we brought in 10 centre mids in one window.

Interesting line-up. Dodds has said everyone has to earn their place and this is the chance for those selected today. If they don’t, then our squad depth and approach to transfers suggests there will be plenty who can come in and replace them. Tis a brave new world. Please be good, Danes, please be good.
