Though honestly, if in the 2.00+ GPG era someone had told me we would eventually be unable to score a goal for three games in a row, I’d have wondered which asteroid hit Adams Park.

If foreign newspapers are to be believed, our best bet is King Charles dropping dead soon and we do another expected points thing as all games are cancelled for mourning and stuff.

I want Dodds to do well, but if he still hasn’t had enough time with the group on the grass to get his ideas across about the decisive moments since MB went, that worries me a bit. This is one of the best first teams we’ve had.

At the moment they’re pretty much playing, recovering, then playing again, not a whole lot of time for anything else.

There was a stat floating around X this week that showed we were vastly outplaying our xG in the Autumn. The key thing is, now we’re getting no luck at all. Good teams get luck and take the chances, we’re not even giving ourselves that opportunity.
