With all our centre backs, I suspect the thinking is edging towards the three central defenders and wing backs that Michael Duff professed earlier in the season to prefer.
But, please, Taylor Allen ahead of Leahy in the left. Should make that change now and give Scowen the skipper’s band.

play Allen then as he is a LCB and Leahy is not ….Leahy is slow, weak and all he does is pump it

I think Duff’s selection was to try to avoid getting battered today, if we start the second half as normal that may happen anyway.
But, if we do that, you lose the best of Fred, which is wide. He isnt a centre forward or second striker. Hes not really in it at all.

Its an odd formation and team selection for said formation.
Not disagreeing completely. I’m just not going to get too upset about where we end finishing. As long as we learn things for next season.

Today doesn’t really matter but it’s still not great to take an absolute rhubarbing.
I don’t know how anyone could think that we don’t need quite a few game changing signings to turn into a promotion chasing team though.
