So much for getting it up the pitch quicker!

We are set for an afternoon of sitting back , soaking up pressure and hoofing long for poor old Fred to chase.
Duff doesn’t appear to have much faith in his midfield at all.

Makes me wonder what they’ve been doing on the training ground over the protracted break.
It’s a back three plus wingbacks. It worked very well against Wimbledon and will work well today.

That’s a curious comment if you don’t mind me saying so! Looks a best available starting eleven and an eleven which did well against Wimbledon.

That was at home, our away record ain’t great.
All I’m saying is why not start with Fink up front and at play like you want to stretch the field and create space rather than playing flat and prone to a high press which I am sure they will try as they’re at home.
Surely Fred up front, as he has been, will stretch the game more than Fink.
I think Fink will be alright, but think Woodrow and Fred is the correct forwards at present.

Does Fink stretch the play though? He’s not particularly mobile, and is more a pick out where he’s stood merchant. Unless you’re meaning stretch the play through pacy players feeding off him?
