Yes, Wigan just fought back from 3-0 down, not looking to Tuesday.
Really? What has he done apart from getting caught in possession, misjudging the flight of the ball (at least twice) and failing to get over what looked a perfect cross for him to nod either side of their goalkeeper.? Oh, I know, he had a slick 6 yard layoff to a Wycombe player very early in the game.
Sorry. Thatās not very nice but I can only describe what Iāve seen and, to be honest, Iām feeling really low and extremely sad that all those folk, including hundreds of disinterested sounding young children who wonāt want to return, have been subjected to such a disappointing performance.
We created chances to equalise, and then win.
We started the second half realising if we were playing Fink we should cross it, then forgot to do it.
I like Fink, he works hard. The nature of a striker means heāll get blamed. I think heāll come good, but we cant rely on him and leave him alone up top. Someone who can run behind needs to be the priority.
Felt for Junior. Everytime he got the ball, isolated with about 3 players on him, we seemed annoyed he couldnāt conjure magic.
The loss stemmed from the set up. No Wing back played well. We struggled to move forward in the middle. Fink and Woodrow were both deep with noone in behind.
Woodrow needs to be sent back to Luton. Waste of space
Based on today we should have ripped up Leahyās contract, certainly not given him a fucking new one.
Other than not score I felt Fink had a decent game today & certainly improved as the game went on.
Need to offload the deadwood this week. Fink, Woodrow, Junior, Skura, Van Sas, Lowry, Taylor. And thatās only the ones in todayās squad .
woodrow is so bad and you can tell he does not give a fuck
I have seen absolutely no evidence that Fink can make the grade. Think we need to shift him out on loan to a National League side to gain some confidence. Not sure heās even League 2 level.
I will agree with you on Lowry & Taylor & am coming to the view that Woodrow isnāt offering enough to justify his place over other choices.
As for Skura, he needs game time to show the form he demonstrated previously, so I feel a loan move to D2 or NL outfit would benefit him.
For me I would keep Fink (along with Junior) as I felt he showed enough today to warrant a run of games.
If Fink was a 5.7 im assuming Woodrow barely broke 5 on those ratings. If not, they probably arenāt worth what they are written on.
I dont think he needs to be offloaded. We just need a better, more reliable striker. There needs to be someone who can stretch a defence that isnt Fred.
What was the score of the rest of the players? I would guess that 5.7 is representative of the rest of the team, if we are being very generous to the other 10+ players on the pitch.
Well you saw a different game to me. Bradley Fink couldnāt score if he was out there now by himself. Absolutely useless and would struggle at National League level.
Marketing team have to be having a laugh with this one.
The āthrillā of midweek football. Ā£25 per adult to stand in a wet terrace they havenāt cleaned up from the Saturday.
Right at the end of January. Before pay day. Right after that performance.
THRILL
Fink needs someone to play off him. Woodrow has been ok with Fred, Fink needs a runner with him aswell.
Im not sure about Fink and Fred though. As Fred is better further forward.
Fink is definitely not a league one level player. Slough might be a better option for him.
The Gasroomās blind spot for Fink is mad.
I donāt understand what heās shown in his starts to warrant praise or further chances? Miles off it. Turns chances into half chances.
Huge seven days of recruitment
Ok, im sure you have perfect judgement with all your decisions on footballers. And i bow down to your knowledge.
Each to their own but I see a young guy who somehow seems to keep getting into good scoring positions. Needs a run in the team and to take one of those chances and we could perhaps see a decent player emerge
