Fair play to Portchester, they were better than us, they closed us down and gave us little time and space. They finished. Apart from that amazing first half by Southampton Women, Portchester are probably the best team we have played in this division. Had the ball over the line been given at 2-0, it might have changed the game but, if the lino didnāt see it, it canāt be given.
All is not lost, either Flyers or Portchy have to win all their remaining games to overtake us. The key one is on 3 May when Flyers host Portchester.
A draw on 3rd May between those two would be rather handy
