Since Portchester won at Adams Park five weeks ago, when they did so well to restrict us to few clear chances, they have only taken two points from three games. We, on the other hand, have taken six out of six. These are the outcomes for the three results tomorrow:
Win - the Chairgirls would be Champions, neither Portchester nor Winchester could catch us on 48 points.
Draw - Portchester could not catch us, Winchester could draw level on points if they won their remaining games, two after tomorrow, but their goal difference is currently 25 worse than ours. They have two weaker sides left to play, they are capable of double-figure scores against them.
Lose - the Chairgirls would have 45 points, Portchester could get 46 points if they win all remaining matches, five after tomorrow, Winchester could also get 46 points if they win all theirs. Both teams play each other so only one could overtake us.
Their pitch looks worn in places and the men had a game on it today, but it is well grassed. The Chairgirls will be firmly focused on a win, the only way they can celebrate with their supporters on the day. Hopefully the small travelling band of supporters are vocal and can help them get off to a fast start. This is the most important game for the Chairgirls, not just this season but for many years, maybe for all time but we only have a complete history since 2008.
The bar will be open at the ground and we have been told food will be available.

I wish I could be there. I will be keeping everything crossed they get the win and they can parade the trophy around Adams Park in two weeks time.

HT AFCP 3-0 WW, home side are coping with the pitch better than us, once again we are finding it hard to crack their defence. Their keeper has only had to make one save, we need to test her more, she is struggling to move with her injury. We had a good period of pressure at the end of the half but still conceded. Through passes were running out of play down the hill, uphill after the break will help.
