HT W&C 1-4 WW.

A bad start with the home team scoring in the first minute, helped by an uneven pitch - “The Wycombe keeper gets done by the infamous Wally Bobble and Megan Osborne slots home the opener” from the Wally Twitter.

11’ - 1-1, a Lynch long ball over the top for Watkins to score.

35’ - 2-1, Potter finished on the line, assist from Watkins.

37’ - 3-1, Watkins tap-in from a Melton cross.

43’ - 4-1, Melton header from a Potter cross.

Wycombe take home ÂŁ3000 in prize money, Wallingford ÂŁ750.

Congratulations to Kayla Potter who is now our all time top scorer in the FA Cup, with 10 goals. Tara Woodward has 8 and Jess Watkins 7.

The bobbles must be difficult if you’re used to playing on the artificial pitch at Burnham. Not sure the proportion of grass/artificial across their division.

Results for the other teams in the Premier. The only team to lose to a lower level side was Fleet Town, to tier 6 Farnham Town. The next round sees the entry of tier 4 teams, the draw should be tomorrow and matches take place on Sunday 5 October.

Next Sunday the Firsts are at home to Sholing in the league.

The Wallingford goals, also posted to YouTube. I recently put in a request to W3, to start using their YouTube channel again, so you don’t have to use Twitter. So thanks, W3, for doing that.
