Confident orator. Clearly going to be able to influence our young impressionable players. Seems like a bit of a U turn in approach from the owners, which we definitely needed. Pleased they’re learning on the job at least

I literally felt a second wind as soon as I heard him say about Attacking Football and Doing the Gritty Dirty Work.
It really exposed Mike Dodds’ interviews as like a Tape Record like

My only disappointment, as I’ve never heard him speak before, is I was expecting a proper, thick Belfast accent.

Interview is just sound bites , essentially result most important part so emphasis on plY will be secondary, stand by what initial thoughts on appointment, think its very much the opposite of what was supposed to be our philosophy, we will plying football like back in the 80s…tough watch and not exciting….can’t wait to fall asleep during matches

People may say the idea of doing dirty stuff like tackling and helping out your teammate is dull. After 8 games of not making a single tackle, Im quite excited to see a bit of fight
