In line with the President’s strategy for promotion of football in Kazakhstan, Mikhail Lomtadze became the owner of Jenis Football Club in Astana.

Earlier Mikhail mentioned his plans for creation of a world-class football academy. It was reported today that Jenis FC facilities in Astana will host the academy where young talents will be able to train free of charge in accordance with the international standards.

Mikhail Lomtadze, http://Kaspi.kz CEO and co-founder:

ā€˜I have a dream of creating a world-class professional football academy in Kazakhstan and England for the most gifted young players, the future stars. Tuition will be completely free. Young athletes will have a chance to train with the leading experts in Kazakhstan and England, the motherland of the game.

Football is the most popular spectator sport, a source of pride in many countries. I believe we shall elevate Kazakhstani football to new heights and raise world-class players with the help of modern technologies’.

Besides infrastructure, focus areas will include raising the bar of professional football and fostering systematic development of players at all levels.

to be fair, I havent really fully read it in detail yet, and I’ve been researching the club in question

ā€œYoung athletes will have a chance to train with the leading experts in Kazakhstan and England, the motherland of the gameā€

Does that mean some of the Wycombe youth coaches will go to Kazakhstan and assess players?

They don’t share the Astana arena.
