After Tom Cleverley tried to mention that they were top of their Vertu Trophy Group
They proceed to lose against Bristol Rovers to finish 2nd in their group, with a Goalkeeper Howler in the 94th minute and a red card in the 2nd. Oh and Tom Cleverley isn’t set to be sacked at Plymouth.
That makes the Game on the 9th of December (and the 29th) a very tempting game to go too
I mean, Bloomfield was an English Youth International so Maybe that counts?
I think Jack Wilshere most likely will succeed (Mostly cause I had him in my Football Manager save as a coach then My assistant manager) but I see your point
I was flicking through BBC and saw it was suspended, was hoping it was due to a massive dust up and red cards everywhere. Slightly disappointed it was inclement weather.
Thought others might have been wondering so decided to chuck it on here.
The intensity of the rain must have been very localised as sister in law who lives other side of Stockport commented how bad the rain was last night. We had heavy rain but no worse than a typical Manchester downpour!
Started watching the second half of the Slovakia/NI game on the BBC, turned it off after about 15 minutes, it exemplified everything I despise in top level football; cheating, diving, simulation, leaving the elbow in etc. as well as the constant niggling in the refs ear.
I find this is also true in the most part of the top domestic leagues too.
So many refereeing errors in this one. Crawley’s equaliser is miles offside and gets away with it. On the opposite end Dack’s header for Gills was unfairly ruled out. Then you’ve got the penalty which was never a penalty. Utterly ridiculous game of refereeing.
Sometimes people use exaggeration to stress how poor a decision is.
Every week someone will be described as "the best” or “the worst” ever at something, when in reality almost everything has been seen and done before and they’re just mediocre in the middle.
Similarly, the things football fans label a “disgrace” usually are nothing of the sort.
