Maybe we can agree a few loans.
This is a real coup for Wycombe Wanderers. I hope people grab the opportunity to go & see this & that WW open 3 sides of the ground at least - to create a good atmosphere. Real Madrid must have a a U.K. supporters branch who could must a couple of thousand for this game?

According to a quick look at various websites the term U21 really means both teams reserves. So Real Madrid B vs Dortmund II is a more accurate description,

In all seriousness, big deal for the club. I remember a few years back when Reading U21 hosted Man United U21 at AP.
Was a reasonable turn out and I got persuaded to go along by a Man Yoo supporting colleague just to see if the United crop had anything of the Class of 92 about them. They didn’t.
You’d think this game could attract four figures, if only for the curiosity factor.
Edit: Stuart Moore, now of this parish, was in goal for Reading U21. Joel Pereira, now of Reading, was in goal for Man United U21. Will Keane, recently on-loan at Reading, scored a hat-trick for the Red Devils.

Is it as big as when we had England u21s at Adams Park. I went, stood near a guy who kept shouting at Heskey all night. It was Bruce Dyer.
I would imagine the superb condition of the playing surface at Adams Park, would have been a major factor in being selected to host this final.
I wonder when they knew they were hosting the final, and also when they were allowed to tell anyone?
I wonder if this is that the recent comments about people coming from around the world to view the training ground have been from Duff recently?
I would imagine at least of the those teams would also like a training ground to use while they come over here.

Also on the training ground front, Wrexham announced their next development and it’s much similar in style and capacity to the current temporary Marlow Road setup.
Now that was huge.
I remember being utterly star struck having Bryan Robson, Viv Anderson, Harry Redknapp and Frank Lampard senior in my row and the row behind. Am sure Sanchez pre Wycombe reign and Dennis Wise were there too. And there were some proper names in that lineup too.
Risked missing my lift to get Danny Murphy’s scribble.
