No it wasn’t him. I remember the chap I mean scoring the first goal away to Oxford in the game that we won at the three sided metropolis in the game that diver Danny Hilton sent his last minute penalty into the stratosphere.
We won 2-1 btw.

How many people now work behind the scenes at both the Ist team set up and Academy. Wage bill must be huge. Most have come from decent clubs, so clearly they are being sold the dream. Let’s hope our foreign owner doesn’t get bored.
Surely the new football regulator is going to protect us in the event that he does get bored!
Regulators unfortunately don’t have magic powers
They will have the ability to force the sale of clubs, if the owner stops paying bills, which is crucial.
That might help some clubs as bad and vain owners hang on like Dai but the concern for us would be more meeting the obligations of all these contracts.
