It’s just plain racist . Simple as that . I find it staggering that people feel they can talk about a certain demographic like that with impunity because it’s not a minority and it’s male. Button you mush mate .
Oh dear. That is probably the most ignorant comment I’ve ever read oh any of the Gasroom’s iterations.
Have you got a dictionary, if so USE IT.
Thanks James Davidson. Staggering to see you reach new lows on a daily basis.
I’ve been going to the Rose & Crown or the Squirrel before matches. The former has some of the best Guinness I’ve tasted in a long time but great selection of real ales also and I can get an Uber or the bus if it’s a quieter game. The Squirrel is a little lager heavy on the selection, but that area is ‘home’ for me and always enjoy my walk through the woods down to AP; especially at night when the floodlights are on.
I was in the R&C last night and arrived just in time for the Rev James being tapped in and so enjoyed a pint of one of my favourite beers at a very reasonable price…nowhere near the £6 Rebellion IPA was last season in the Vere.
Mute does the trick @Bayo . My life is certainly much more enjoyable now I don’t have to listen to his ultra-fanboy dissent policing.
I’m interested in Gareth Ainsworth but the obsession with Luton and Reading is getting a bit dull isn’t it?
Why would it be any stranger to be interested in the post-Wycombe career of Matt Bloomfield than Gareth Ainsworth?
Yep..just discovered this facility. Was hoping I wouldn’t need to use it…
I think your post shows we all have different perspectives and different things which interest us, which really is a good way of explaining the difference between a discussion forum and an echo chamber.
For instance, someone else could be interested in Reading but not Luton or Gillingham, etc.
I think the key is understanding and accepting that without expecting the forum to be customized to your exact tastes.
You know exactly what I mean.
I don’t!
It’s almost like results matter and change how you’re seen or something.
Exceptionally so
Surely that is football fandom in a nutshell. No grey areas here.
Lots more staff…
Dread to think how high our overheads are now. Changed days, that’s for sure.
Football finances are bizarre
Gareth did most of these jobs single-handed!
Aidan Measures is the new First-Team Recruitment Analyst,
George Measures might be a 67 year old footballer who hasn’t played for a while but we need to sign him so we can say Aiden Measures measures Measures which will no doubt delight Micra.
