Watching a compilation of Rutland Weekend Television and the Queen of Rutland goes to a FA cup game (and the replay and the replay replay).
The quality isn’t great but is that the Middlesbourough vs Wycombe replay? The timing would be right.

It’s the home game, not the replay
It was the non delapidated look of the hospital that confused me!
If you want to see rare footage of the Middlesbrough replay, Gasman has impressively combined ITV news audio with silent video.
Great work this, thanks Steve. In some ways it was better that we conceded the last minute winner by Armstrong, as extra time could have seen us take a tonking. Saw the players at a service station on the way back and treated them like the heroes they were. A very long day indeed, and I bunked off school the next day. Great memories.
I’m glad to hear you went to the replay @Barneysmith, I’ve always regretted not going. It must have been a memorable trip. I did go to the Bournemouth replay win, which remains in my top ten favourite matches.
I went to the replay, managed to blag two days off work from my boss who was also a football fan. (The old Wimbledon was his team.)
Trips to places like Middlesbrough in those days felt like a trip to the moon remember we played in the league that was centred in and around London and the motorway network wasn’t as extensive as it was in later years
