Josh has been a brilliant servant. The injuries to he and Vokes are really the sad cherry on top of the season. I just hope he can come back anything like he was.

Cheers, mate. Mystery solved!! We’ve asked about half a dozen people if they’d left it, including one couple who’ve bought it for us before (thinking, but not saying of course, that they might have used it as a way to get a butchers at our much admired new roof!)

I actually suggested to mrs micra yesterday evening that it might have been your good self as you’d bought it for us during the pandemic. What a great memory you have.

I’ll say it here because the new Gasroom only allows three consecutive posts on one thread and I’ve just used my quota on the semis thread !

That would be a deterrent to Malone who built up his huge number of (fully justified) thumbs up, deliberately or not, in that way.

I think we all miss him more than any other former Gasroom colleague I can think of.

I miss that perceptive and erudite ex club shop employee most of all. Can’t remember his name though, but I think he had a falling out with the Doctor.

I think he was sent to look for the loan keeper we were definitely signing for the Southend game at Wembley. He’s been back under a number of aliases I think.
