Thanks. Very helpful.
Lastly, does anyone with a child ST know whether there’s any way around ascribing it to a separate email address?
The ticket site doesn’t seem to like me putting it under the same email as my own adult subscription.

You’ll have to create an email address for the child.
If you have a gmail account, you could use the ‘+’ method so they all go through the same email account but with two different addresses.
For example joebloggs@gmail.com could be joebloggs+child@gmail.com and they will both be in the original account.
Does that +1 only work with gmail addresses do you know @Ohandybaird
We have a similar issue where there are two Trust members at the same address but sharing the one email address.
I didn’t know that was a thing!
Got it sorted in the end but this is a handy bit of knowledge in any case.
Only gmail that I’m aware of. A good scam to use the same email address for discounts for new accounts.
Look up aliases for whichever platform you are on for email. Most have some method of having more than email address on the same account. Alternatively you could always buy a very cheap domain with redirects but that’s for advanced ITers
For those trying to add a new child ticket to an existing subscription, you can’t do it without contacting the club. It’s at the very bottom of the FAQs.
They ask for an email with some details but I did it by phone and it was quick and simple once I knew I had to (having struggled online for the best part of an hour).
Never knew this! Thank you!
An excellent trick if you use something like “TopCashback” where they give extra financial rewards to “New Customers”
I went into the ticket office yesterday. The chap was very helpful and sorted it all swiftly.
If it was Ryan Isaacs, i have to say, he is absolutely brilliant. I mailed him in the week, and he replied late on a Friday night (out of office hours) to say he is going away for a week, but he had sorted out my 3 x new tickets and allocated free shirts to my kids.
Ryan Isaacs, you are a credit to the club at what must be a very busy and stressful time for you.
Ryan Isaacs is Brilliant at his job and should be Honoured by the club for his work
I can concur, Ryan is superb. He’s helped me countless times, especially with my away ticket queries. He’s super quick to respond as well.
